Welcome to Mad Threads Studio. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. Custom & Handmade Products
All products sold by Mad Threads Studio are handmade and many are custom-made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our items, slight variations in thread color, placement, sizing, or finished appearance may occur and are considered normal.
2. Order Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting an order, including:
- Spelling and personalization
- Font selections
- Thread colors
- Sizes
- Shipping information
Mad Threads Studio is not responsible for customer-submitted errors after an order has been placed.
3. Production Times
Production times may vary depending on order volume, product type, and season. Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping carrier delays are outside of our control once an order has been shipped.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the issue and assist you.
5. Custom Logos & Artwork
By submitting logos, artwork, or designs to Mad Threads Studio, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use those materials.
Mad Threads Studio is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided content.
6. Colors & Product Appearance
We strive to display product colors and thread colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, fabric materials, and embroidery variations.
7. Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Mad Threads Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Once packages are accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times and carrier issues are outside of our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
Mad Threads Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
9. Changes to Terms
Mad Threads Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
